Our laboratory researchs on semiconductor possibility by studying extensive themes, e.g., (1) fabrication of solar cell with low production cost, (2) artificial photosynthesis with semiconductor materials, (3) characterization of semiconductor materials for low power loss devices, which can reduce energy consumption, and (4) designing and trial manufacturing of analog LSI.
